What types of products do you sell?
I sell original paintings of various mediums, which may include acrylic, watercolor, and mixed media pieces. I may also offer Limited Edition Prints and some merchandise.
What is included with your products?
Original paintings are varnished, and hardware is already installed so your painting arrives ready to hang. If you plan to frame your original painting, contact me prior to your purchase so that I can prepare your painting appropriately. Prints will arrive in a protective sleeve with a certificate of authenticity. I also throw in business cards and stickers with purchases.
What can I expect with shipping?
All of my products are priced to INCLUDE shipping. Please allow 5-10 business days for ORIGINALS to be shipped- they are special and I want to make sure your painting arrives safely. Please expect 3-5 business days for PRINTS/MERCHANDISE to ship.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. I accept returns on damaged pieces. I kindly request that you notify me as soon as your purchase arrives and provide any photos of the damaged product so that I may resolve this issue. If you receive a product that you simply are not satisfied with, please inform me and I will issue a refund as necessary. ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE SENT WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER PRODUCT ARRIVAL.
Do you take commissions?
Yes! I open my books to three commission pieces a year. Commissions are taken at my discretion and bound by contract once the client’s desired work is established.
